Lakeside living at its finest! Bring the whole family to this spacious home to relax and gather. There's something for everyone, whether it's fishing on the lake, cozying up for a movie playing in the theater space, competing in a game of ping-pong, enjoying the state land trails right outside the door or just cruising around the lake on the pontoon.

Welcome to our spacious and inviting Traverse City retreat, designed to accommodate up to 14 guests. This well-appointed home offers a blend of comfort and relaxation, ensuring a serene and peaceful escape.

The centerpiece of our home is the open and cozy living area, complete with an electric fireplace that provides both warmth and ambiance. It's the perfect spot to unwind and chat after a day of adventure. There is a large wrap around porch with a screened in room that offers a cozy conversational spot to hang out in hanging egg chairs. The main level has 2 bedrooms - the first a double king size room with an ensuite bath, luxury bed scapes and a private deck, the second an serenely designed room with another luxury bed scape and an ensuite bath and a sliding door to the main wrap around porch.

Head to the lower level for those who love games and entertainment, our bar/game room is a real treat. Enjoy a round of ping pong, card or board games , enjoy a movie or binge a show on the oversized leather section big enough for the whole family. It's the ideal space for making memories with friends and family. The lower level also accommodates 4 guests in double queen bedroom with luxury linens, an ensuite bath, access to the lower patio and a dedicated workstation.

All the way up the stairs to the loft is the prize winning view floor to ceiling windows that over look the serene lake with a comfortable and gorgeous trundle daybed, the perfect spot for reading a book, or taking a cat nap. This floor also holds another queen size bedroom with a simplistic and luxe bed scape as well as the 4th bathroom in the home.

Back on the main level—step outside to our private hot tub, where you can soak under the starlit sky, taking in the serene beauty of the surroundings. In the warmer months head down the path to the lake equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, and a pontoon boat to cruise around the lake. Perfect in chillier weather is our fire pit area with comfy adirondack chairs and string lights to light up the night creating memories into the wee hours of the morning. Whether you're seeking relaxation or a fun-filled gathering, this space has it all. The property's peaceful setting is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. It's a tranquil oasis, surrounded by natural beauty, where you can unwind and rejuvenate. With ample space and comfortable accommodations, our Traverse City house is the ideal choice for a group of up to 14 people. Experience the best of relaxation and entertainment in this welcoming retreat.

Please note : The house is cooled by two mini split units in the main areas. Two of the bedrooms do not have direct access to these areas, but do have ceiling fans that help keep them cool during the warm summer months.
